Crafty Guardian offers personalized full-time or part-time nanny care, on-call babysitting, and event babysitting.

After an initial phone interview, qualified applicants will complete the following steps in the screening process:

-Complete application

-Review references

-Virtual interview

-Background and driver’s license check conducted on a state and federal level. Copy may be sent upon request with nanny’s permission.

*CPR training will be provided.

Crafty Guardian offers a customized pricing plan after assessing the needs of the family once the phone consultation is complete.

The pricing plan is created depending on a variety of factors including the hours of childcare needed & the amount of children.

There is a one time placement fee of $700 once your permanent full-time or part-time Crafty Guardian is selected. This ensures guaranteed coverage if your nanny gets sick or is unable to come in.

You do NOT have to pay the placement fee if you have to switch nannies. The $350 is a ONE time fee & will cover nanny substitutes (if your nanny is sick or on vacation) or replacements.

You can still book less than 4 hours of childcare, however, you will still be charged for the full 4 hours.

We want to be fair to our Crafty Guardians & compensate them properly for their time.

We require a minimum of 24-48 hour notice in order to ensure that our Crafty Guardians are given adequate time to prepare any activities that they may have in mind.

If the request is made in less than 24-48 hours, there will be a short notice booking fee of $25 added.

Yes! If your nanny is sick, Crafty Guardian will send an on-call sitter to make sure you are covered for the time needed.
